Dave - Well Johnathan it was another great Land Show, and this one was extra interesting 'cause we didn't do too much talking.
Johnny - That's right!
Dave - Man, we started off, we had a great trip. We had a brokers meeting down in Apalachicola, Florida and we had a local there, a guy, Captain Mike Snider did a great job for us. Caught tons of fish, ate those fresh oysters. It was fantastic.
Johnny - It was good. It was good. Then we talked to our good friends Eric O'Keeffe and Eddie Lee Rider with the Land Report. And just it's always interesting to hear about what's happening in the land market around the country. Had a good discussion about farmland transition that's happening over the next couple of decades. Anyway, just a real interesting, y'all do subscribe to The Land Report Magazine. Dave - Huge discount.

Dave - Yeah, we talked about farmland, national trends in farmland, that are holding true in Alabama. And We talked to, really, the preeminent expert in the state of Alabama selling farmland, Russ Walters, who's a farmer himself down in Andalusia. And we talked about farmland trends, farmland pricing, and how farmland's going up. It's just gonna be a lot of transfer of ownership and, you know, Russ will be heavily involved with that moving forward.
Johnny - Yeah, and then we closed out with Jeffrey Hardy. He talked about deer hunting and then also told us about a great property that he's got for sale. One hundred and two acres there in Coosa County, on the Coosa-Elmore line. Sounds like an awesome place.
Dave - It's a beautiful part of the state right there. Coosa County is such a gem that a lot of folks don't know about. But, hey folks, We appreciate y'all watching this video review of the show and just encourage you to listen to the entire Land Show with Dave and Johnny.
